Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Pre-orders are used to secure stock before it arrives. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellations

• Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, cancellations may be refused or subject to a cancellation fee (to cover processing and supplier commitments).

Before Dispatch

• If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request a cancellation by contacting us.
• Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

After Dispatch

• Once a pre-order has been shipped, it is treated as a standard order and must follow our regular returns policy.

Delays

• Pre-order dates are estimates. Delays can happen due to suppliers or shipping.
• Delays do not automatically qualify for cancellation or refunds, but we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Mixed Orders

• If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items are available.
• If you want items shipped separately, additional shipping fees may apply.
