Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed the next business day.
During busy periods, processing times may take longer, we’ll notify you if there are any significant delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location. Free standard shipping is available on orders over €50.
International Shipping
We ship to selected countries worldwide via An Post International
Estimated delivery times:
- International Post: 5 - 15 business days
Customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracked vs Untracked Shipping

Tracked shipping includes delivery confirmation and tracking updates. If a tracked parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

Untracked shipping does not include delivery confirmation. By selecting untracked shipping, the customer accepts the risk of loss in transit.

Refunds or replacements for untracked parcels will only be issued where the carrier confirms non-delivery. If no confirmation is available, a refund cannot be guaranteed.

We strongly recommend choosing tracked shipping for higher-value orders.
Delivery Issues
Non-Delivery & Lost Parcel Policy
If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
What happens next

We will investigate with the postal service using the tracking information.

A parcel is considered lost if the carrier confirms non-delivery or if it has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch.
Refunds or replacements

Once a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will offer either:

a full refund, including original shipping costs, or
-
a replacement, subject to stock availability.

Important conditions

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, customs, weather, or incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout.

Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for a refund unless clear evidence of non-delivery is provided.

Claims made outside the stated timeframes may not be accepted.
Incorrect address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can:

resend the order (additional postage applies), or
-
refund the item cost excluding shipping.
